charttime seem to be wrong by over 1 year in chartevents in MIMIC IV

Description

While processing the ICU/chartevents file I discovered a number of seemingly incorrect timestamps for (at least) 35 stay id's on a total of 106 rows. The error is characterized by one (or multiple related) parameter(s) having a single observation that is around 365 days earlier/later than the next/previous observation.

The table below indicates which stay_id, itemid and charttime values are impacted. I'm mainly posting this here for information as the number of impacted is low enough that this simply comes down to data entry errors.
