script for approving mimic users breaks with new website

it turns out that my script for approving mimic users no longer works, because it pointed to a location on the old site. ditto for the display of grantees.

@kpierceHST when you have a chance, please could you try rerunning your script and then email me directly with any errors?

@kpierceHST Just realised I should have been clearer in the message above - to confirm, I have made changes that should have fixed the bug. We should at some point review whether or not this information needs to be stored in a web-accessible area of the server.

This is fixed now - tpollard reinstated the useradmin directory. I did a bit of housecleaning therein. All seems well.
