Version 1.3.0 - Background Subtraction

In this new version, a background subtraction framework has been set up. In addition, all of the tutorials have been reworked and ported to Jupyter notebooks for future maintainability and to facilitate easier utilization of coding examples. Lastly, a snapping feature is introduced in the cutting tool where one can snap to the underlaying grid when performing cuts. The points snap either to the grid directly or to points located $1/n$ between two grid points, for $n = [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]$.
