Issue with the Soul Vial

Description of Issue

On using a soul vial from ender io on a wither skeleton, it captures a normal skeleton. Im trying to make a powered wither skeleton spawner but the vial JUST does not capture the wither skeletons and keeps capturing normal skeletons even if i click on wither skeletons with the Vial.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. Right Click on a wither skeleton and after that hover over the vial, it says skeleton where it should say wither skeleton.
