Shake Image does not update when new image file chosen

@everydayscott Can you elaborate on this problem? Does it still occur?

Still occurs. Steps to reproduce: -Open a shake you are an editor on that already has an image to represent the shake. If it doesn't have one, just the "upload an image" grey placeholder, set one. -Then click on the shake image (the 284px x 284px image above the shake title), this pops open a dialog, pick a new image file -The page will refresh, but the original image remains.
