== Widget Select ==

Simple selection in a (finite, static) list of 'a values, using a drop-down menu. Replaces native +select+.

Should provide three functions: +show+, +edit+ and +html+.
The function +html+ will be deduced from +interactions/editable+.

Includes a triangle +v+ icon on the right in edit mode. The show mode is trivial (use the user provided function 'a -> string).

This widget should provide a default implementation of +CTable.Cell.widget('a)+.
