Bug in update_file_dates() -> jf_date_str_to_python_ns(date_modified)

Hello,

I was running your script, and towards the end of the execution, I encountered an issue. I'm attaching the log file, the error returned in the console, and my modified jellyfin_migrator.py tailored to my configuration, converted to a txt file for uploading to GitHub.

I had the same issue and I was able to get it to work by commenting out this line:
s += "+00:00"
