  1. - finished refactoring *_ad back to sln_ca in the shape of a prepareS… 

    …olve call (c.f. MODFLOW-USGS#462)

- changed prepare_iteration to prepare_solve, etc.
- style change in ami functions, e.g. perform_time_step instead of perform_timestep
