This PR addresses issue #225.
In this bug fix, we fixed the behavior of notifications on both Android and iOS. On click on a notifications, either in app or in the notification center will set the notification read status, if it is not associated with certain currently active observations, like a LimeSurvey Questionnaire or a Simple Question. Those will still only be set to read, if the observation was completed.
