Introduction

Changes made to improve robustness and readability of code.

Changes in this release

  • Added ability to rerun pipelines by specifying an existing pipeline output directory as --pipeline_outdir. Suppress varfiables RUNTIME_CONFIG_FILE and PIPELINE_SCRIPT to ensure nipype caching works when insignificant changes made to pipeline inputs and outputs.
  • Refactor command calls so they work through single function runCommand
  • Process labels from config file so that they are robust to the order in which they have been defined.
  • Upload standard atlas images and Improve documentation of provided atlases
