Invalid URL for LXI XML identification document #8

According to LXI Device Specification 2022 (Revision 1.6), Section 10.2 the URL for the LXI XML identification document is http://<hostname>:<port>/lxi/identification.

The URL that is implemented in the code is http://<hostname>:<port>/lxi/identification/ (it has a trailing / that should be removed)
