How to transfer the slow-motion video from iPhone/iPad to PC

Slow-motion mode can be used with iPhone6 or later, iPad Pro 2017 or later.

iPhone/iPad settings

  1. Settings → Camera → Format → Select "Most Compatible"
  2. Settings → Photos → Select "Keep Originals" in Transfer to Mac or PC

Transfer method

The most reliable method for file transfer is the USB-transfer method. Connect your iPhone/iPad and Mac with USB and transfer the movie files with the Photo app in Mac. The transferred pictures or movies will be stored at the following path. Confirm that from Terminal.

Pictures/Photos Library.photoslibrary/Masters/[YYYY]/[MM]/[DD]/

Another method (only iPhone6)

Each file was transfered from the "Photo" folder using Airdrop by the "Share" function or the Wifi by the "Upload" function of the iPhone App "Documents by Readdle".

Readdle's Documents: https://readdle.com/documents

Failed method

File were transfered from the iPhone/iPad's Photo App using Airdrop.
