Bar charts are not interactive

Thank you for building and maintaining this great tool!

The bar charts (MeanRank and TopRank) in the "Integrated results" tab do not seem to be behaving as expected. In both Chrome and Safari, I do not see additional information when hovering over a bar segment.

I am, however, able to see additional information when hovering over edges in the Subnetworks (MeanRank and TopRank) plots, as expected, so this seems to be an issue specifically with the bar chart rendering.
