Changes:

-N2O4 electricity pack is now supported

-Crafts that uses the Reliant Pre-1.1 can now be loaded without problems
-fixed adaptation on some parts
-Decouplers, and Separators in KFS now plays the KSP separation sound, instead of the SFS separation sound
