Restores a commented-out block of code to show video on the home screen when the relevant option is enabled.
This should be considered a 'hot fix', which is to say I've restored the original code and checked basic function, but haven't spent the time checking it with all the different options available - there may be situations (widget backgrounds, live backgrounds, something like that) where it doesn't display correctly until more work is done :)
