IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RUNNING:

We ran into an issue and found that changing from .rkt to .scm and #lang racket to #lang racket/base fixed the issue. 

As such we changed the configuration for lex.scm and simpleParser.scm 

If you run into issues using our interpreter try to use the files included.
