Item tooltips are now shown above the item and the background is now semi-transparent. This was done because with the new map system shop items can be placed anywhere on the map.
Also, cleaned up some of the code that was changed (i.e. Level.java now conforms to the code formatting).
This should have made it in with TMX maps but I didn't add it in time.
