Description

Register a custom mmp:// scheme to allow for direct connection to a server

User clicks on public masterlist webapp server
Mafia Multiplayer binary is opened
Store the destination server
Process all normal init
Send the destination server payload to the webapp
Let the webapp proceed all auth flow etc...
** If accepted, it will trigger quick connect payload
** If denied, it will show a popup
