[Feature request] Track play time per game

I don't know if Stadia does this in the background and we could somehow display it. Or if Stadia+ could track the play time by itself. But it would be nice to have a small optional timestamp displayed on the games in the library to see your play time.

Probably should also come with an enable/disable option, and a disclaimer that time won't be tracked while played on CCU
