Only allow a played song to be add-able to an account when it is available on that server #122

Right now, you can add songs to your account even if they're not available on that server. (Example song here is 밤 (time for the moon night)

I accidentally added a KR exclusive song to my JP account's played songs, and people adding it to their accounts from other servers can be found too. It's by no means urgent, but I think it'd be a nice addition that'd improve the integrity of our song leaderboards while making played songs easier to interact with.

Similar to #136 and should be solved at MagiCircle's level.
