[WIP] FlipView v2

Lots of changes to the FlipView.

• Make FlipView MVVM friendly and fix FlipView ItemTemplate not applied #998
• Fix focus issues
• Fixes FlipView HideBanner uses heigh, which is often NaN, should probably be ActualHeight instead #1053 (this is already in our master branch).
• Selectable FlipView Transitions - fixes FlipView Transition #1144
• Add Orientation which would allow us to do something like this. (See the picture below depicting a vertical flipview. Its from the Windows 8 Store. I accidentally resized the picture, which distorted it.)
  
• Add simple W8-like glow.

it would be nice if u add a border to show when MouseIsOver...something like this in windows 8:

Quick question: does it support something like multiple images of different sizes? 😄
Just like in the picture below, for the Contacts app:

Or that functionality is intended to be for the Tile control?

@robertstefan That's a Tile control. The FlipView is for slideshow kind of things.

how does mouse over glow works? there is no glow in sample's Flipview

@aryaei it is just the gray outline that appears when the user places the mouse over the control. Just like in the picture you posted.
