SAPI_Unifier_v1.1

This is the formal release of SAPI Unifier version 1.1 which is a free and open-source software for unifying different Microsoft Speech API (except SAPI 4) with SAPI 5 interface.
This software specially designed to be used with Dual Voice for NVDA for improving accessibility of visually impaired users to digital media worldwide. However, the unified voices can be used with any text reader software which supports SAPI 5 driver.
Please note this application is dependent on the Dot Net Framework 4.0 so a dot net framework version 4.x must previously have been installed in Windows.
Changelog: Now if no oneCore voice (which occurs in all Windows except Windows 10) and no Server voice be found then the program suggests installing some server voices and it provides links to guide users through the Microsoft website.
