This is a simple React app that allows users to manage their friends and split their bills.
To install the app, simply clone the repository and run npm install to install the necessary dependencies.
To use the app, simply run npm start and open the app in your browser. You can add friends by clicking the "Add Friend" button, and then selecting a friend from the list. You can then split the bill with the selected friend by clicking the "Split Bill" button.
The app includes the following features:

- View a list of friends and their balances
- Select a friend to split the bill with
