SweepViruses.pm not parsing output properly with latest version of Sophos/AVG

Problem with Sophos identified. Path to infection is now absolute instead of relative, causing wrong variables to populate.

Need someone to post AVG output and MailScanner --lint here to see if AVG is having a similar or different issue...

AVG is actually working properly on the latest mailscanner, but I did find a minor issue when the whole message is being scanned in addition to its parts.
