I think it would be good to put titles above facets as well, because in many use cases it's not super clear from the facet labels which grouping variable they came from. For example if you have two groups with members 1, 2 and 3, you wouldn't know which one's which.

To add to this, I think it should just be configurable whether there is a title or not, further supporting that the keyword options like layout_x etc need an API for customization. Another thing that's not possible right now is to rename the facet labels (or any label for that matter) on the fly.
