cycle color for error and range bars

Description

Currently error and range bars do not cycle colors. This PR simply allows to cycle colors when using error and range bars.

Delete options that do not apply:

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

Thanks, I think this makes sense. Probably needs to be merged in the next breaking version, though, just in case people relied on the old behavior.
