Storage Service UI (new, delete, show list and show)and required changes in other repos

until recently, storage manager didn't support creating, deleting and retrieving storage services.
a recent enhancement to volume create (PR #8582) added an option to create a new storage service for a new volume.

now, we wish to add a dedicated UI for listing, detailing, creating and deleting a storage service (see screenshots below).

@agrare is it possible to advance this issue as it is, or would you rather wait for the resolution of the capabilities schemas PR?
I think we could adjust it to any changes in the schemas later on
