Fix Power actions for Instances in Orchestration Stack page

Compute -> Clouds -> Stacks -> click any Stack with Instances -> click Instances -> check one or more Instances -> Power -> choose any action

Before it took Stacks id and klass for Power action instead of selected instance(s).
