fixes: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1616371

Options for Event Monitor, Refresh Worker, and Connection Broker select fields were missing actual integer values. Instead of ['Option label', 123456] it was only the label. The change request was sending something like 200%MB instead of the actual value and the change did not save.
