Rework Shopping Cart Experience

Gathering together requirements on this

• Service Catalog view needs to have selection state shown when ordering a card
• Add some type of progress indicator (there is no indicator that something is happening)
• Add confirmation dialogs to clear and delete actions from the Cart
• Reword some of the labels and messages associated with Ordering and the Cart
• Add My Orders to navigation

We need to determine if we can do any of this for 4.2. The depth of the design work will change based on if this is a minimal change for 4.2, or long term for 5.0

@chriskacerguis changes for 4.2 will be minimal. Jeff is putting up a PR to change embedded tabs to secondary navigation and add delete confirmation dialogs.

Not sure of how you got the items in your list above :) Maybe we can have this address just what will be added to 4.2 and have @jeff-phillips-18 address?
