Save filtered cell plots when debug = True in Segmentation Pipeline

In the segmentation pipeline when debug=True it would be good to also write out the overview plots showing which cells have been filtered due to the size or contact filters as this information is not contained in any of the plots currently written out.

It would also be interesting to generate one plot which shows both filters in one go so its easier to get an overview of which cells remain with the currently set filters.
