Gembrid USB Socket

For people with less electoric skill the easiest and safest way is to use a Gembird USB Socket:

Supported Socket:

  • EnerGenie EG-PMS2

You will find them at Amazon or eBay.

The setup is quite easy. Just connect the USB socket to your Raspberry PI. During the CBP setup select Gembird USB Socket for hardware control. During your kettle setup you can select between socket 1 and 6.

Also clear browsing data (Chrome: Ctrl+Shft+del)
