MapServer labelling wish-list:

- Ability to spline labels (along streets for instance)

- Ability to assign priority to certain layers or classes for labelling would
be nice - for example, a class for capital cities could have priority over
  a class for small cities.

Definitely not in 4.0, maybe in 4.1?

Note that the spline labelling may be available via MapText in 4.1, but that
would not be free.

About layer priorities, I really think we should do that in 4.1

Prority will be a nice feature for sure !

At least a layer with "FORCE true" should not overlap labels of a layer with
"FORCE false"

Closing as duplicate since bugs have been created for each issue:
bug 1619 - label prioprities
bug 1620 - curved labels

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 1620 ***
