Reading a HTML page stored as media file inside of App Inventor in 4 steps:

Designer:

1. click on WebViewer
2. Upload ALL the files in Media

Blocks:

3. when Screen1 Initialize-> call WebViewer1 Go to Uel -> file:///mnt/sdcard/AppInventor/assets/.html

Last step: click on Connect then Emulator
