First proof of concept - For Windows (English Temtem)

Tracks the encounter text whenever you meet wild Temtems.
Keeps active and persistent count of what Temtems you met and how many times, without your input.

Make sure Temtem is in the foreground for this to work!
It will not check for encounters when another Window is in focus.

1. Start Temtem (make sure the language is set to english!)
2. Start the Temtem-EncounterTracker.exe
3. Don't obscure the Temtem name with your mouse cursor!
   It will track all your encounters from that point forward.
