What did you do? Describe the bug

In smaller screen sizes, the MarkBind website will hide the top navigation bar when scrolled downwards, it will re-appear when scrolling upwards. However, if you scrolled downwards and the navigation bar is missing, then if you maximize the window, the navigation bar will not re-appear.

Steps to reproduce

• Go to https://markbind.org/
• Make the window width smaller such that the top navbar appears and re-appears on scroll
• scroll downwards to make the navbar disappear
• Click on maximize button of the browser window
• scroll up to see that the top nav bar disappeared and will not re-appear

Expected behavior

The top navbar to re-appear
