Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

A common pattern in naming the page titles is to add a suffix (prefix is a common one too, which is already supported). Would be nice to allow similar support for configuring a common suffix to the page title for a MarkBind site within the site.json file.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a titleSuffix option in site.json for the suffix for all page titles. The separator - will be inserted by MarkBind.
