image alt caption not working

What did you do? Describe the bug

The alt caption should be added to the image element but when the following example shows otherwise:

See element below => does have title, but alt=""

Steps to reproduce

Visit the link above and verify

Expected behavior

to include caption into the element's alt

Actual behavior

alt seems to be cleared

This seems to be due to conflicting functionalities by markdown-it-imsize and mardown-it-linkify
