Success flash only appears after refreshing whole page when releasing/unreleasing grades #2409

To reproduce:

Go to http://0.0.0.0:3000/en/grade_entry_forms/1/grades, for example.
Select a/multiple students
Click 'Release Marks' or 'Unrelease Marks'
Notice the success flash doesn't appear
Refresh the page (or even go to 'Properties' or 'Graders' page)
Notice the flash "Successfully updated x students"
