AngularJSLibrary v1.0.0

Clarifying the status of the AngularJSLibrary

It has been noted that some feel this library is no longer "useful" as
there have been very little changes of late. Instead it is because this
is mature and stable library providing a very specific functionality,
provide it well, and has very little need for change. Thus I am updating
the metadata on this project to reflect this reality.

• Major update to the documentation; mainly the README file which for this library is the primary documentation. In addition several examples were added.
• Minor update on documentation (within these commits). Also changes to setup.py to relay this is a mature and stable package and although not recently updated is still valuable.
• Some minor updates to urls and license of code.
