Possibility to use of {index} in the filename of a screenshot. To be more inline with Python Robot.

Add possibility to use {index} in the filename of a screen capture like in the original SeleniumLibrary http://robotframework.org/Selenium2Library/Selenium2Library.html#Capture%20Page%20Screenshot
Update documentation to reflect the change made to the code.
Change default filename to be more inline with Python Robot.

Thank you about this, I'll check if there're some other changes that could be included to release and make that then. Probably still during this week.
