Trying to call initializeWithMunchkinID but got this in the logger.

1. Are you the existing user of Marketo Mobile SDK or is this the first time you have done integration?

2. Since when are you seeing this error?

Hi Stefano,

Thanks for the confirmation. Since this the first time integration, I can see that Mobile feature is not yet provisioned for your Marketo subscription. Please reach to your assigned Marketo executive who can help with provisioning. I'll also forward this request to concerned departement here.

This place is to resolve technical issues once you have got Mobile feature enabled in your subscription.

Thanks for responding quickly. I just wanted to clarify what you mean by provisioning, is there anyway to check if this is already enabled in Marketo dashboard? I was able to add a mobile app on Marketo including access to the initializeWithMunchkinID code.

Hi Stefano,

You will have to get in touch with your account Marketo executive, they should be able to help you to check and enable Mobile feature on your Marketo subscription.
