Junction Deviation values set for each Configuration.h file based on the
file's Default Acceleration and Jerk numbers. The formula used is:
.4 * Minimum( X_Jerk, Y_Jerk)^2 / (Default Acceleration)

Wow, nice. I wonder if there is also some way to make a tune test for JD, like we have for LA.

I don't know... (I haven't followed Linear Advance very closely.) What are you thinking for Junction Deviation? Depending on the answer... I might be able to do it.
