How to verify AppImage

Hi, thanks for the great app.

Is there any way to verify the AppImage?
If not please consider PGP signing the image.

Likely it makes generally sense to upload a file like sha256sum.txt.asc found within Syncthing's release section.

You can also download the AppImage directly from https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/mkittler:/appimage/AppImage/. I'm also just downloading it from OBS and uploading it again on GitHub.

Note that the AppImage is really just for the "try-it-out" use-case. Better create packages for your distribution or just build it manually.
