3D-EEG-mapping

3D visualization of EEG color-map using optional numbers of electrodes (up to 64 electrodes) on real-head model (mesh generation from MRI)

Download the FieldTrip toolbox from https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/download/
Set fieldtrip folder in the MATLAB path (My tested version is fieldtrip_20180513).
Run the MATLAB code: main_mri2brainmap_cleancode.m from the folder path ...\brainmapping\mri2brainmap content://com.android.chrome.FileProvider/images/screenshot/1656055794769263984370.jpg
