CoinSpy uses current information on https://coinmarketcap.com/ and calculates the changes of the value of different coins in %. Every 5 minutes an update is made and saved in a txt file for each coin.

Currently 4 coins are used. ( Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin). You can add any coin you want yourself by adapting the main.py file. (just stick to the same formatting as for the other coins. BTCBitcoin for example) A coinspecific txt file is created automatically.
Setting your own starting limit is easy too. Just delete everything in the current coinspy.txt file and add your own starting value: $4202.47 %-Value: 100.0
After starting the programm, all change values are calculated on the value in the first line.
For example: insert the value at which you bought the coin. Now you can track at what percentage the coin changed based on his starting value.
