pip install requirements.txt
* Create an Application on Reddit!
* Visit https://www.reddit.com/prefs/apps/ and create a new app
* Fill it out
* Fill the Config with your Secret, Client Id, Username, Password.
* Create an Application on IBM Watson
* Create a Bluemix account
* Select from the Dashboard The Personality Insights API
* In Service Credentials generate new credentials and fill out the config
