Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

Create a debug mode with the Sophi plugin to allow the client's developer to check:

  1. What data is being passed to Sophi with each request
  2. What data is being returned from Sophi with each request

This is especially important for customers using custom block.

Currently tracking creation of this Debug Bar add-on here: https://github.com/10up/sophi-debug-bar. Will keep this issue open until we've got any hooks/tweaks needed in the Sophi plugin to support the Debug Bar functionality are resolved.

Closing this as done in https://github.com/10up/sophi-debug-bar. Will get things released to make that officially released/done, but then will reserve additional minor releases for any tweaks after demos / initial live client testing.
