Central heating mode names consistent with Atag terminology #6

To avoid confusion, I updated the mode names to be consistent with the terms that are mentioned in the ATAG one app and manuals (see e.g. here and on the thermostat itself. I chose lowercase names because the all other modes also use lowercase.

This does mean that the home assistant component will need to be updated before using this new version
