Release v1.5.0-rc.1

Automatically calculate phases the same way that TeslaMate does, with phase and voltage correction. You will see a message in the logs if this correction has taken place while calculating a charge cost.

The TeslaMate__Phases environment variable is no longer used and can be removed after this update.
